Facility Credentialing and Insurance Enrollment
Our company efficiently aids hospitals and day clinics in credentialing their organizational structure while facilitating the enrollment of healthcare providers. We offer impressive insurance plans and organize companies, ensuring their participation in multiple payer networks. Individual providers can also use our medical credentialing services, Medicare enrollment services and payer contracting support. Not sure where your revenue is slipping? Start with a free medical billing audit.

What Our Credentialing Includes
Before a hospital, day clinic or group practice can bill an insurer, the organization and every provider who works there must be credentialed and enrolled with each payer. We prepare and submit the applications for Medicare (CMS-855A for facilities, CMS-855B for clinics and groups, CMS-855I for individual providers), state Medicaid programs, including Texas Medicaid through TMHP, and commercial health plans.
We also set up and maintain your CAQH ProView profile, update your NPI records in NPPES, collect licenses, DEA and board certificates, malpractice insurance and ownership documents, and follow up with each payer until your contract and effective date are confirmed. After enrollment, we track revalidation and re-credentialing dates so a missed deadline does not hold up your payments.
Why Practices Choose Billing Benefit
Credentialing delays cost money: until a provider is enrolled, claims are denied or have to be held. With 13 years of experience in medical billing, our team knows what each payer asks for and where applications usually stall, so we send complete applications the first time and follow up until they are approved.
You get one point of contact, a clear status update on every application, and one place where your documents and expiry dates are kept. Because we also handle medical billing and coding, new providers can start billing as soon as their enrollment is active.
